Shaanxi Delun Law Firm, affiliated to Xi'an Municipal Judicial Bureau, is currently the largest cooperative law firm in Shaanxi Province and was listed among "the top 500 law firms in China" by the National Solicitors Association of China. It was selected as "Advanced Law Firm" and "Exemplary Law Firm" by Shaanxi Provincial Judicial Department and Xi'an Municipal Judicial Bureau for 5 consecutive years. In 2001, Shaanxi Delun Law Firm was appraised as Satisfactory Law Firm of the People" by the Policy and Law Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee of CPC.

The firm consists of  41 professional lawyers, 14 lawyer’s assistants,6 secretaries.  Its practice is grouped into the departments of foreign affairs law, intellectual property right law, real estate !aw, company law, finance and securities law, building project and tender and bidding law, electronic network law, and criminal cases, etc.

Our regiments deal with most business relatively. We handle about 600 cases every year. We also assume as the consultants for about 100 business organizations and enterprises.

The firm owns a floor of the Zhicheng Building in Xi'an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. The office building is equipped with full intelligent functions and is among the first class in the country in terms of scale and facilities.
